The Vikings used to come over to England and consume our food, remove our property, and take our women.

…It seems that they’re still doing it.

But in this case we were delighted to be part of it – that is, the wedding of our Associate Worker Katharine Crompton to Danish Theological Student Samuel Kofoed Nielsen on Friday 4th July at Bishop Hannington Church. There was a cake-reception at the church followed by a meal and speeches (many, many speeches – in the Danish style) at Hollingbury Golf Club.

 

All in all it was a splendid and joyful occasion.

Our prayers and best wishes go to the happy couple. Their plan is to serve God as missionaries in Peru – but first they have over a year of training ahead of them.
